JTD is a family food service business that started with three brothers passion to cook, create and serve others. Brothers Jermaine, Terrell & Dre (order from eldest) all have various cooking styles which allows the ideas flow easily. With a mother determined to help her boys succeed, she was on the hunt to find the perfect food truck to help their vision come to life! Thus JTD Innercity foods was born in 2018. First specialty items include the famous Splakavelli wing sauce and loaded French fries.
In 2019, JTD experienced a heavy loss with the unexpected passing of brother Jermaine Cummings. Shutting operations down until Spring of 2020. A difficult pandemic turned the fire up for Dre, as he relaunched the Food truck and mentored his nephew, Reshawn, to becoming an excellent Chef!
2021 Dre decided to leave his corporate job and open the food truck full time as the demand for his food grew by the day!!
Currently operating as a food truck, JTD will always be a family run business and there’s pride and care that goes into every meal that leaves that window seal. JTD understands the importance of great customer service, as that’s the value of the true food experience.
